50 Vs. 5 Volumes of Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya allegation against Promised Messiah

Let us first read the allegation against Promised Messiah:

How Can You See if a Qadiani (Ahmadi) is Truthful in his Faith

Conduct this little experiment to see if a Qadiani (Ahmadi) truly believes in and adheres to the revelations and example set by his so called prophet, Mirza Ghulam Qadiani:

1. Borrow $10,000 from him;
2. A few days later, return $1,000 to him and claim you are even, since there is only a "dot difference" between what you borrowed and what you are returning!
3. If he accepts the money and calls you even, he is a faithful Qadiani;
   if he demands the rest, he is not following the example of his "prophet"!

Background:

Mirza Ghulam Qadiani collected a large sum of money from investors who retained his services to publish 50 (fifty) books. Mirza Ghulam only published 5 (five) books and refused to refund the advance for the remaining books! His explanation was:

"This is the same Braheen-e-Ahmadia, which has already been published in 4 (four) volumes. The fifth volume has been now published. It was earlier promised to publish 50 (fifty) volumes, but they are to be content with only 5 (five), instead of the 50 (fifty) we promised. Since there is only a dot differencebetween 5 (five) and 50 (fifty), with these 5 (five) our promise has been fulfilled."

Response to the Allegation:

This is a prime example of the deception of opponents of Promised Messiah who do nothing but lie. They know the whole truth but hide the part that breaks the very foundations of their argument. Let's first take the issue of 50 vs. 5. Let's see if he will apply the same rule of financial transaction that he has set for Ahmadiyya Muslims on himself after reading this answer.

Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) got the prayers reduced by Allah from 50 to 5 in his experience of Miraj. This is recorded in Bukhari. On accepting the request of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Allah Almighty addressed him and said: 

"These are 5 but are actually 50" (Bukhari, Kitabus Salaah)

This shows that in spiritual matters numbers do not matter. It is the purpose that matters. If 5 can fulfil the purpose of 50 then this is enough for Allah. In the same way when Promised Messiah (AS) said that the difference between 50 and 5 is only of a zero, he meant that numbers do not matter in the eyes of Allah. If the goal of 50 is achieved in 5 then this is what Allah wants from His servant.

Would this opponent of Promised Messiah (AS) apply the same rule of financial transactions on himself? If not, then he needs to explain why? Why the hypocrisy? 

Now let me explain to you the true background of all this. Mullahs do nothing but lie. One can not expect to get any guidance from them. This is why we have to explain to the people as to what truly was the context of this whole thing. 

It is true that Promised Messiah (AS) had initially desired to write 50 volumes of Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya to present 300 arguments in favour of Islam. This is when Allah had not appointed him yet for the purpose of ultimate victory of Islam. This is before his appointment by Allah. People were encouraged to offer donations for the purpose of publications of these books. A lot of people contributed for this great cause. Allah Almighty appointed him as Reformer of the age while he was busy writing 4th volume of Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya. God had made much greater plans for him. His mission was far greater than he had ever imagined. He was to be chosen as the one who had to bring final renaissance of Islam. It was thus not his own desire, but the Will of God that he had to postpone this work of writing Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya. 

Promised Messiah (AS) writes about this in the following words:

"Initially when this book was written it was a completely different situation. Afterwards the manifestation of God on this humble being like Moses informed him of the news that he had previously no knowledge of. This humble self was travelling in dark in his own imaginations like Ibne Imran, until a voice from the unseen informed him that "Inni Anaa Rabbuka". Such secrets were revealed to me that are beyond the reach of human mind. That God Himself has now become the guardian and organiser of this book. I have no knowledge as to how far He is going to  take it. The truth is that the beauty of Islam which has already been shown in 4 volumes is also enough for completion of proof." (Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya Vol. 4, Ruhani Khazain Vol 1 Last page)

Thus since the situation changed according to the Will of Allah, Promised Messiah had to change his plans for the purpose of attaining far greater purpose.

All Muslims should know that on the basis of a dream, Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) went to perform Hajj with his companions and sacrificial animals. It was his great desire and that of his companions, to perform Hajj that year. However half way through the journey, Holy Prophet (PBUH) realised that Allah had other plans for him. They could not offer Hajj that year. On this Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is reported to have said:
"If I knew of this situation beforehand I would have not brought sacrificial animals with me" (Mishkaat, Kitaabul Hajj)

It is thus an established truth that with the change of situation, programs change as well. History proves that these changes are for the greater good of humanity. God appointed Promised Messiah for the final victory of Islam; a mission far greater than what he had ever envisaged for himself. His personal desire of writing 50 volumes was fulfilled in a far greater way by the Will of Allah. He wrote over 80 books for the purpose of proving truthfulness of Islam. He presented arguments in favour of truthfulness of Islam in such a magnificent way that is unprecedented in Islam's history. His desire of establishing Islam's truthfulness was fulfilled in an extraordinary way.

Lastly we will see if Promised Messiah (AS) ever returned money to people who complained about it or not. Truth is that Promised Messiah took every little measure in order to return money to anyone who was not happy with this. As an example to this I will present to you an advertisement that Promised Messiah wrote for this very purpose. It was called "Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya and its buyers". Promised Messiah wrote the following in it:

"Any person who has any complaints regarding this issue can contact me by post and I will 
arrange for the money to be returned to them. I will delegate someone in their area to take 
the books back and return them their money. I also forgive them for all their abuses and 
slander upon me for the sake of Allah because I don't want anyone to be punished in the 
hereafter for this. In a situation where the buyer of the book has passed away and their 
children would like their money back then they can get it in the same way." (Tabligh-e-Risaalat vol. 3 
page 35) 

This is the reason why there remained not a single person who complained about this and 
didn't get his money back. Is this what you call broken promise? No opponent of Promised 
Messiah can ever bring a single case where someone demanded their money back and 
didn't get it. 

At the end I will draw the attention of the readers to the point that all true prophets of Allah 
have been accused in the same way. Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was also not 
spared by enemies in this regard. Holy Quran records it in the following words:

"Among them are the ones who accuse thee (Muhammad PBUH) in matters of alms" (Al-
Taubah Verse 57/58)

So it should not be surprising for anyone if opponents of Promised Messiah make similar 
accusations against him. History continues to repeat itself. May Allah keep us on the right 
path.
